Dumping Fees (monthly)

• Dump fees are independent of storage fees and they are $15 to $25 per month depending on the size of your tanks. This charge includes unlimited monthly dumping and water.

• Box trailers dropped off by Motorhomes = $10/month additional fee, because of the premium location.

Summer Rates
(June, July, Aug & Sept)

• $25 less than normal rates per month

Spot Maintenance
(keep your spot while you are gone)

• $25/month

Note: The maintenance rates begin after March 31st or when you move out after March 31st and stop on Oct 1.
