Rates
- $75/month for a 30' space
- $80/month for a 35' space
- $85/month for a 40' space
- $90/month for a 45' space
- $95/month for a 50' space
- $110/month for a 51' to 60' space
- $120/month for a 61' to 70' space
Our summer rates are $15 less than the rates listed above for June
1 to Oct 1. If you want to maintain a spot or reserve a spot the fees
are 1/2 the rates listed above on a monthly basis. Starting 10/1 the
normal rates apply.
The spaces will be assigned on a first come first served basis. If you
have any questions please send us an email or give us a call.

How to become a customer
- Go to the Storage Contract link at the top of the
page and review the "Storage Contract". - Go to the Application Form link at the top of this
page, fill out the information and click on the
submit button. - We will contact you by email or phone with your
space # and the gate code. - Send a check to the Billing Address listed above
prior to dropping off your RV. The fees are due
monthly until you close your account. Please
review the "Storage Contract"
